PVC tape is a plastic tape that is used in making wooden products such as cabinets, furniture and all kinds of wardrobes. PVC edge tape is attached to the cut parts of wood or MDF and covers the rough edges of wood or MDF and makes it resistant to scratches and other damages. It also gives a beautiful view.

Types of edge strips in terms of design and color

PVC adhesive edge method
The PVC edge banding machine is used to connect and freeze the edge band. This machine applies adhesive to the edge strip by spreading the adhesive granules on the edge of the PVC and applying pressure to the edge. Next, the device starts to freeze the glue with the help of UV light. After this, the plastic edge containing the glue is ready to use and can be attached to other surfaces.
To glue the PVC tape by the glue edge machine, first the glue tank of the machine is filled. Then the desired strip is placed in its place. The mdf sheet is placed on the machine from the cut side. The machine starts working and under high pressure and heat, the tape is glued to the cut part of the sheet. The advantage of using the adhesive edge machine is high speed and high quality of work.
Gluing edge machines have stations that the quality of work depends on the number of stations of the machine. The higher the number of these stations, the better the quality of the tape.
